Rubber, Chemical & Petrochemical Skill Development Council (RCPSDC) has been assigned the task of carrying out Training of Trainers (ToT)/ Training of Assessor (ToA) program by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in the NSQF aligned Qualification Packs. Through this training, we try to imbibe the best practices that a trainer can employ while delivering to his audience.
Online & offline Training of Trainers/Assessor program is envisaged as an option for conducting training of trainers/assessors and assessors while leveraging technology/ digital skilling tools for suitable profile of Trainers/assessors. The primary objective of ToT/ToA is to introduce the trainer/Assessor to the skilling ecosystem and keep them up to date with the changing landscape of training in the country.
The three Sectors-Rubber, Chemical and Petrochemical are key engines of growth for the Indian economy. India is a global manufacturing hub in all three sectors and its contribution to the economy is tremendous because these products are used across a cross-section of industries. Non-availability of skilled manpower in the sector is a major challenge to the productivity and growth of the industry. The Rubber, Chemical and Petrochemical sector has an acute shortage of skilled manpower that should be trained and equipped with the talent as per the industry requirement.
